We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for orders placed on Yashangi.

1. Return window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, unless a different period is stated on the product page. Requests made outside the eligible window may not be accepted.

2. Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for return, products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and invoice details. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet quality checks.

3. Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories may be non-returnable (for example, intimate wear, accessories, or products marked as final sale). Such exclusions will be indicated where applicable on the product page or at checkout.

4. Return process

To initiate a return, contact our support team with your order ID and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange pickup where serviceable or provide shipment instructions. Items sent without authorization may not be accepted.

5. Exchange policy

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and serviceability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer an alternative size, a credit note, or a refund as per our policy.

6. Refunds

After successful quality inspection of returned products, refunds are initiated to the original payment method where possible. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect. Shipping or convenience fees may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged, defective, or wrong products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will investigate and resolve the issue through replacement, return, or refund, as applicable.

8. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be treated under this Return and Refund Policy.

9. Policy misuse

To protect all customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns or limit account activity in cases of repeated abnormal returns, policy abuse, or suspected fraudulent behavior.
