Welcome to Yashangi ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile experience, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"), whether as a guest or a registered user. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Electronic records & applicability

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures. These Terms are published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and related requirements applicable to intermediaries and online platforms in India.

The Platform is operated by Yashi Fashion (trading as Yashangi), with its business address at Kalyanpura Sanganer, Jaipur 302020, Rajasthan, India. References to "Yashangi," "we," or "us" include our affiliates, contractors, and service providers where the context requires.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to use the Platform and place orders. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Products, pricing & availability

We strive to display products, colours, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible; however, minor variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or manufacturing batches. Prices, discounts, and availability are subject to change without prior notice until an order is confirmed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders (including after confirmation) where we reasonably believe there is an error, fraud, stock unavailability, or violation of these Terms.

5. Orders, payment & confirmation

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms. An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation or ship the product, whichever we designate. Payment must be made through the methods we make available at checkout. You agree to pay all charges, including applicable taxes, shipping, and fees, as displayed before you complete payment.

6. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by location, carrier, and force majeure events. Risk of loss passes in accordance with our Shipping Policy. Title to products passes upon full payment and dispatch, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Returns, refunds & cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and any instructions provided at the time of purchase. Certain categories may be non-returnable for hygiene or other lawful reasons. Please review those policies before placing an order.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by: (a) violating any law or third-party rights; (b) attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or data; (c) using automated means to scrape or overload the Platform without permission; (d) posting unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or misleading content; or (e) interfering with the security or integrity of the Platform. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that we reasonably believe breaches these Terms or harms other users or our business.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation—is owned by Yashangi or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

10. Third-party links & services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or payment/shipping partners. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

11. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yashangi and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the event, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable consumer protection or other mandatory laws.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yashangi and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, government actions, or pandemics.

15. Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory provisions of law, courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where prior consent is required by law.
